Poke.
Have you ever have that feeling from God?
That feeling where He is poking at you with a stick.
A stick.
And all you hear is:

And your Holy Fire has burnt out.

So.
You have 2 choices.
Ignore Him until He goes away.
Or.
Break the stick and show Him you are Alive.
Your choice.

What Being A Christian Means
Does being a Christian mean that I'm proud of every action I make? Of every thought I have? of everything that happens in my life? After all, He was the beginning and the end. He was just something she couldn't comprehend. And so she prayed, night after night, looking out the tiny window above her bed at the empty desert sky and imagined God looking down at her, imagined the inconceivable eyes and just

It starts out with an even, blissful flow but then it begins to lean into bitterness regarding someone. You use language that demands attention; very blunt and authoritative. If this is indeed bitterness, it was done well because guilt would overcome them if they knew they were the source. "getting air is
like a flying
jet about to
lift off without
me." Particularly beautiful. I also enjoy the structure, as though it's still flowing in spite of the direct meaning. Love this.
